General

We do not sell directly to individuals. If you are interested in a piece we have made in the past, please get in touch with the artist who created it. We believe in artists having a connection to the people who buy their artwork. Help them make more of what you enjoy!

Nope. Please contact the artist if you think they would like some wall art made from us! We will NEVER fabricate work from somebody else unless we have their clear written consent. Support artists!
For most pieces, a small nail or two in cutout places work well enough without having to alter it.

Technical

The max size is 1400x900mm. Keep in mind shipping this size would get expensive though!
There is no actual minimum size, although at some point you loose ability to add details due to the fragility of the material. Usually, between 35 and 70cm is a most bang for the buck size. If you do have an idea with smaller stuff, let us hear it. The 3mm Baltic Birch plywood is quick to cut and results in a less expensive product.
Although working with wood is preferred, we can cut a bunch of other materials. But nope, not metal.

Payments

When we receive your drawing and figure out sizing, material and quantity together, we focus on providing you an estimate for pricing. Once we agree to go forward, we will begin processing your drawing into its final cut-ready version. For more info on how the jobs are priced, please refer to the process page.

Once the artwork is optimized for cutting and you are satisfied with the quote, an invoice will be sent to you. This invoice will include the cost of everything, including shipping. Only once the invoice is paid will the production of your pieces start. Preferred payment is with Interac email money transfer, but credit card and cash can also be accepted.

Shipping

A reasonable time from first contact to production is 2 weeks. This may vary depending on the number of orders at the moment, the complexity of the design, the original file we are working with, the speed and efficacy of communication, the size of the order, the size of the pieces, the direction of the wind, weather the queen has had her 4th cup of tea. Following the guidelines helps to speed up the process.

Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we do not have control over it. That said, they are usually pretty good at bringing the parcel to you in a speedy fashion. If you require faster or special shipping, tell us!

Most likely. Please, keep in mind we typically do not meet under bridges and in dark alleys between 1 and 4am.
We currently only ship within Canada, using Canada post as our main carrier.
It depends on the size and weight of your order. We can estimate it out for you once we have more deets! We are also good at suggesting how to size your artwork so that it stays within more desirable shipping thresholds. That being said, the average total shipping cost across Canada for a 5 piece order is around 30$.
